Tour operator Volando.us has launched a new travel experience for the LGBTQ community. Mayan Xcapade will take place in Cancun over Labor Day weekend with a party that kicks off on Friday Sept. 3 with two chartered JetBlue flights from Ft. Lauderdale.
Guests will be taken to the TRS Yucatan Hotel on the Riviera Maya. Volando.us has bought out the entire resort — all 454 suites at the adults-only, all-inclusive property. Activities will include nightly parties with international DJs like Ben Bakson and Anne Louise as well as live dinner shows, yoga classes, dance classes, cooking lessons, tequila tastings and more.
The package starts at $839 per person, excluding airfare. Volando.us is giving away one two-person package, which includes three nights’ suite accommodations and access to all events and activities. Contest entries must be submitted by June 30. The winners will be announced July 1. Winners will still be responsible for their own airfare.
