Marella Cruises expands spa offerings onboard its ships

August 4, 2022 by Carla Hawthorne

The partnership will provide ocean-inspired spa products and services onboard Marella Cruises’ full fleet

Marella Cruises has expanded its spa partnership with OneSpaWorld to enable it to provide ocean-inspired products and services onboard its four ships from November 2022.

OneSpaWorld’s range of services will include Ocean Body Treatments such as polishes and massages, Ocean Facial Services and Ocean Salon Services. The health and wellness company uses beauty brands such as Elemis, Kérastase and L’Oréal throughout its spa offerings.

“With a focus on ocean-inspired services, we are proud to enhance each guest’s journey to beautiful destinations with a carefully curated menu of spa and beauty services that will satisfy even the most discerning guests at sea,” said Leonard Fluxman, executive chairman and CEO at OneSpaWorld. “This exciting milestone in our long-standing partnership sets the stage for even more opportunities to enhance the well-being of travellers at sea.”

The partnership will also extend to Marella Cruises’ newest ship Marella Voyager, which will launch in summer 2023.

“We’re excited to expand our existing partnership with OneSpaWorld across our whole fleet,” said Chris Hackney, managing director of cruise for TUI UK. “Their high-quality products and services are already available onboard Marella Discovery and Marella Discovery 2 in our Ocean Spa venues, which we know are well-loved by our customers, so we’re pleased to soon be able to offer this to all of our guests. The range of treatments and luxury products onboard will allow our guests to unwind and create an added element of indulgence to their cruise.”
