Crain Automotive Holdings buys Springdale RV dealership – talkbusiness.net

February 23, 2021 by GFT Reporter

Arkansas-based automotive dealer group Crain Automotive Holdings has acquired Northwest RV Sales and Service at 5950 W. Sunset Ave., west of Interstate 49 in Springdale.

The 3.9-acre property changed hands for $2.03 million, according to property records. That does not include the business price. Josh and Eloise Pettit were the previous property owners.

Randy Covey and his wife, Allyson, were the previous business owners. They bought the business in 2016 from Josh Pettit, who established the business in 2012. The dealership’s inventory includes new and used fifth wheels, travel trailers, pop-up campers and motorhomes.

Including the two previous owners, Northwest RV had eight employees.

Barry Graves, executive broker of Cantrell-Griffin Business Brokers in Springdale, handled the sale, which was completed Jan. 11.

The property includes a 12,000-square-foot building for the dealership’s garage and service department.
